Refund Policy

  1. Once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
  2. All orders are final and cannot be refunded.
  3. Once an order has been sent to the Cryptocurrency Wallet it cannot be recalled or retrieved under any circumstances.
  4. User may receive a refund exclusively under circumstances, specified below:
    In case of an unsuccessful transaction due to a technical failure of FinchPay. A transaction is unsuccessful in case a User has not received the purchased Fiat currency or Cryptocurrency within 2 business days of placing an order and there is no transaction hash of the transaction on the blockchain.
  5. Refunds will not be done for incomplete or incorrect data provided by Users, data mismatch or other suspicious circumstances. In case of high-risk transactions (stolen funds, terrorist financing, money laundering etc), FinchPay may freeze the funds or cryptocurrency for detailed investigation.
  6. Please be aware that in order to process a refund, there must be a technical capability to do so. If, for any technical reason, the Service lacks the capability to execute a refund, the Service may be unable to complete the refund request. Users should understand that the availability of a refund is subject to technical feasibility, and the Service cannot be held responsible for the inability to process a refund due to technical limitations. It is recommended to verify the technical feasibility of refunds before initiating a refund request.
  7. To request a refund, an email shall be sent to [email protected]. The refund request shall only be sent from User’s email which is linked to User’s FinchPay account. User should include transaction ID in a claim.
  8. Please be aware that for use of some of the alternative payment methods (APM), we may charge a fee for refunds. The fee will vary depending on the payment method and currency. In case APM does not support refunds, we can request your bank details for a refund.
  9. Please be aware that if you make payment via APM and thereafter refuse to pass identity verification, then in case of a refund we reserve a right to withhold a fee, which depends on the APM and currency.
  10. In case a User has not been notified of the unsuccessful transaction by FinchPay, a User may contact FinchPay by using the online chat box available on the Website or by email at [email protected] and a member of the FinchPay support team will provide a User the Transaction hash or a notice of refund initiation.
  11. Refund requests will be accepted within one (1) calendar month from the moment of fund transfer. After the expiration of this period, FinchPay does not guarantee the return of funds. This provision is in place to effectively manage requests and maintain transparency in the refund process. FinchPay reserves the right to decline requests received after this period, except when such a decline is based on serious Service interruptions. After the specified timeframe, the Service shall not be liable for fund returns.
  12. Generally, FinchPay will make the refund within 5 days. The processing of returning the Fiat currency to the User's bank account may take up to 30 days, depending on the bank of a User.
